- Candidates must pass 3 different subjects to be eligible for the award of a Level 3 Group Diploma.
- Candidates must register for a specific Level 3 Group Diploma before sitting for examinations.
- The stated compulsory subject(s) must be passed, plus the requisite number of option subjects.
- A Level 3 Group Diploma must be gained either in one series of examinations or with the required single subjects gained on Demand within 3 calendar months of the first examination date, a combination of series and on Demand examinations is also acceptable provided the other regulations are met.
- Candidates may enter for 2 Diplomas in the same series of examinations by choosing either 5.1) 6 subjects (3 for each Diploma) or 5.2) 5 subjects (with one, and only one, subject common to both Diplomas).
- When a Group Diploma is not awarded, a Certificate will be awarded for each single subject passed.
- Candidates who enter for single subject without stipulating that they are candidates for a Level 3 Group
- Diploma will only be eligible, if they pass, for the award of single subject certificates and will under no circumstances be awarded a Group Diploma.
